Addie LOVED legos! And she's pretty good at making things too! We actually have a set of Legos in our shower and she builds things while bathing. I mean, what else are you going to do in the shower??

Oh Christmas Tree
I didn't think I would do it this year, but I just HAD to put up our tree RIGHT away. Josh and I got a new tree this year that I just LOVE! It's so pretty! We put it right behind our breakfast table, not the typical place, but it had the best space. The kids helped me....wait....the kids were there, and they thought they were helping but it was rather stressful. I think we managed to only break 4/5 ornaments (not nice ones thankfully). I kept trying to remind myself to calm down, this is a special time, but I had both kids "throwing" ornaments at me and I can only put them on so fast. The tree ended up being so pretty and the kids loved it...all that matters:)

Thanksgiving at G'ma's
Another year, another Thanksgiving at Grandmas on the farm. We love going out to the farm and every year I say...we have GOT to come out more often. The kids love it. Also, every year seems like the kids multiply too! Gosh...one day we will be done, Elyse has one coming in March...whoa! It was a little chilly and windy day but that didn't stop the usual routine when it comes to playing outside. We missed Rebecca this year, so Ryder missed out on the pics:( Oh what fun we had!
This is the MOST fun...trying to get a group shot...
Sweetness!
Silliness!
HA!
With Heath and Kristiana's new baby.
And Granny!
This is what they ALWAYS do at Grandma's...love playing with rocks.

Flagship Theatre Play
We put Addie in a little program with the Flagship Theatre and they do arts/crafts/singing and other little things. They had a performance, which they sang, told their names and told what they are most thankful for. Well, Addie did great! She said her name...then the teacher asked what she was most thankful for and she said "my doggy." Yep, her doggy that she DOESN'T have:) She is a little performer though! WOW! Unfortunately they won't have the program next year, there were only 6 kids in the program. Here's some pics of our little actress:)

Sleeping in the Playroom
Yep, this is what we do...I think it's so cute! No longer does Colt or Addie actually sleep in their beds but they sleep together on the pullout couch in the playroom. They keep each other company. We have had them come down from time to time telling on each other. Colt came down pretty upset the other night saying Addie wouldn't quit looking at him. Hahaha...I can totally see her doing that. Poor Colt. And Addie will come down and say something silly that doesn't make any sense. But all in all it's been great!

Dentist
We started taking the kids to the dentist since they were 1 and I'm glad we did. They don't actually deep clean their teeth until they are three, so this was Addie's first real cleaning and she was a champ! I didn't even have to get her to lay down in the chair...she just hopped right up there.
Colt has always done so well!
Love how she is holding the mirror!

Trip to KK/Papa John's and the Farm
Love going to KK and Papa John's. Both kids just adore both of them. We headed there for the weekend after Daleville played Montgomery Academy Friday night in the first round of the playoffs. We lost, but MA was very good! Saturday, the kids, mom and I played outside for a while, then we decided to head to the zoo. I love doing things on a whim! Mom got a season pass which gets up to 8 grandchildren in at anytime, so we only had to pay for myself. We really enjoyed our time there, ate a late lunch and went back home for naps!
If she sees a camera, she gets ready...
Picking up acorns
This little monkey was 1 year old and so precious! He started trying to play with the kids, clapping hands, licking and nibbling at them. It was so cute! We stayed here for a while.
Then we rode the train after lunch. The reason why there aren't many pics of Colt is because he does this...
Sunday, we headed to the Farm in Hope Hull. I'm so bad about coming out here but love it when I do. Definitely need to bring this kids out here more often.

National Peanut Festival 2014
Gosh...what a fun year at the NPF...kids were perfect, small crowd, weather was nice...finally! It's usually freezing, busy and miserable. This year was great! Colt and Addie LOVED riding the rides and wanted to do everything. Addie got a little upset a couple of times when she didn't meet the height requirement. But Colt was SO sweet to ride with her and take her with him on the other "walk" through spots.
