Addie woke up SIX today! She's a little spit fire. Always moving, always talking, always getting into stuff. She's our little social butterfly. She is constantly trying to find someone to play with and asks all the time if someone is going to eat dinner with us. She is an emotional roller coaster...goes from bouncing off the wall beaming with happiness to crying/on fire about something. There's really no middle ground with her. She loves so hard...loves us, her brothers, family, teacher and friends. She loves things! Her room is chaotic and she gets in trouble about keeping it neat all the time. She loves crafts/drawing, barbies, shopkins, American Girl dolls, and babies, and LOVES to play 'Mama". She would circle EVERYTHING in the Toys-R-Us book that had anything to do with girl stuff (even the baby stuff). She started Kindergarten this year and is loving it! We have had issues with "being nice" to our friends. This is a constant battle because she makes it known what she wants to do. One day she will be the BEST friend because she does love big.
Stats - Addie is a whopping 51 pounds, solid..., she wears size 7 clothes...we are definitely in the "little girl" section...makes me so sad! She has her own style that I love, however there have been times I won't let her step foot in public with what she chooses. Usually she's ok with changing.
Here's to Addie being SIX!! Found these three playing in the pantry this morning. Guess they were hungry.
This is just like Addie and I remember her helping with her own party last year. We had her party at Nana and Pops' house so they could swim. We also let the kids decorate their cupcakes and make necklaces/bracelets too. It was fun! Even the boys enjoyed it.
Sarah, Addie, Maggie Kate, Lizzy and Avery.
Charlie finally woke up for the party.
The Hatchimal was a hit.
That night we went to their favorite...Red Elephant.
Happy Birthday Addie!
