Colt Turns 6!

Can't believe my first born is 6!  Look at those chrystal blue eyes.

We had a small neighborhood party for him...Nurf War/Water party.  It was kinda ghetto but he loved it:)

I made these...it wasn't easy...probably won't be doing that again:)

My birthday boy...still my little baby...loves loves loves to snuggle and has such a sensetive sweet heart.

I joined Colt for lunch on his actual birthday...he was SO happy:)  Especially since I brought him McDonalds:)

Not many were out to play, so I rode in the car with Addie while Colt rode all the way around Grove Park.  This is what he wanted to do.

Ummmm....I guess he thinks he's old enough to do this now?

When Daddy got home we made a surprise trip to Adventure Land.  They always want to go!

Addie kept saying "are we done yet?"

Our favorite part was the water soaker boats...loads of fun!

Mother's Day

Almost 6 years ago I became a mommy to these two precious kiddos.  They leave me no doubt how much they love me and vise versa.  I am so proud of them and love watching them grow, but sometimes my heart aches because they are growing so fast!  We are excited about little Charlie too! 

For Mother's Day we at lunch at the Highlands with Josh's parents.  Josh gave me a gift card and I got to go shopping BY MYSELF for a little while, although I didn't spend a penny:)

A Litte Restoration

Why not...I don't have before pictures but I got a little itch to do some painting...seems to be the thing to do around the neighborhood.

These used to be black...purchased at Tarjay.

These used to be green...not an ugly green but now they're pretty:)

And our table was a dark wood, no cusions added them too:)  Love it now!  My mom told me to warn Josh before I painted him too:)  Well I just might!
