Grove Park Easter Egg Hunt

Our neighborhood always has an Easter Celebration in the park...this year was at the main park.

Easter Egg Decorating

We had a neighborhood egg decorating party in the park...everyone brought their own eggs and decorating items...kids loved it!

Addie and I just went for the day to see Elyse and Brian's new addition,,,4th boy...whew!! I (jokingly) said, heck naw we aren't staying there with her 4 kids and my 2...no thanks!  We had a good little visit, KK was there too.  We just had lunch and hung out.  Elyse is worn out which is expected with a newborn.

Addie's Easter Party at School

Addie's class, the Tiny Tots, had a little Easter Egg Hunt and Party.  They get so excited to do anything different.  All the kids brought 12 filled eggs for the teachers to hide.  First thing was hunting the eggs.  With 6 kids it ended up being a lot of eggs, but the actual hunt took about 5 minutes.  Addie loved it and at first wanted to open each egg she picked up.  I convinced her to keep picking them up or she wasn't going to have many eggs.  Her little class is so cute!

After the hunt was the partay:)  Lots of sugar...you can't have party without it:)
