Peanut Parade

 We made it!! The kids FIRST Peanut Parade...you can't live in Dothan without going.  We planned for cold weather and we were sweating!  We stayed for about an hour and took off:)

CDC Thanksgiving Lunch

The CDC had the annual Thanksgiving lunch on a holiday so Josh and Colt got to come! It was so nice. Addie and Charlie were so excited to have their Daddy there!

After the lunch, Addie promised em she would be good so she cam to work with me!  She colored two pretty pictures and decorated my desk!



 

Peanut Festival 2016

We missed the fair last year because of all the rain we got during that week.  So glad we were able to go and Josh was sadly done with football so he was able to come too with a little extra time.  I could let the kids play here all day.  We usually don't have a lot of time because we come after work/school.  The weekends are crazy! 

Here we are on the farris wheel.  Colt was a little scared.  He wouldn't let go of Josh and asked a lot of questions.  You could see it in his face.  Poor thing. 

 

Addie not so much...I'm the one that had to get her away from the door.

 

 

 

Oh Charlie, It will be a while before he can ride these rides.

So Charlie got to go on a ride after all!

We wasted a lot of money on games...but the kids LOVE them!

Addie loves Colt any time of the day...Colt on the other hand..."likes" Addie when there is no one else to play with...hahah.  But then there are days when I think, yep he's enjoying her company.

 

Even caught him playing shopkins with her...so sweet.

Life of Football



It may not be easy but we are here and ready to support!  This season was great but ended pretty sad with a loss that could have been won.  Josh had a pretty good year ending the season 8-3 with 1 of those losses being a playoff game. 

 

C&M hooking Colt up with a real jersey!  Charlie's was made by KK and Addie's was a hand-me-down.

 

 

 

 

 Good thing about your daddy being head coach is playing a little football on the field after the game.

 

 

Halloween 2016

And we are off to another year of our awesome neighborhood and trick or treating.  GP does it up right!  House decorating, lots of fellowshiping, dressing up and TONS of people!  We are ready, one of the biggest reasons we love GP!  There is nothing like it and I always tell my friends they need to come experience it just one year.

Here is my attempt to get a good picture of our 3.  Usually doesn't work because Charlie doesn't understand sit and smile...he just knows he wants to be held by me.

 

I think he was a little on the sickly side too or really really tired.

 

Finally Daddy came  home from practice.  Soon after Addie busted it on the sidewalk.  I have to say it was a pretty nasty fall.  She had to get a little TLC and a few bandaides.  She finally got over it, but it took a good 20 minutes.  Meanwhile Colt is trick or treating with friends ahead of us.

Our fam...It was a fun night.  After it got dark, we headed back home to eat taco soup and hand out candy.  Our neighbor (the Cole's) were scaring people out of their skin so it was entertaining to watch.  Addie loved handing out candy.  Don't even think about double dipping with her, she will call you out!
