Addie Boo turns 18 Months!

Wow, a year and a half!  Amazing:)  Addie is really blossoming right now, she amazes us in all that she does, says and remembers.  I'm pretty sure Colt was on the same track right about now, but I still consider her our baby (well I guess technically she is) but she is definitely growing up.  People say terrible twos, but I have to dissagree, I say they are terrible ones!  The communication is lacking so much most everything is very frustrating for this little girl.  Things are picking up and she's trying her hardest to tell us what she wants.  She is definitely a little firecracker...some may say she is spoiled, but I just think (being #2) she tries to voice her opinion more to be heard:)  Love this little chick to death though!  She's SO much fun...outside of when she can't tell us what she wants.

Here is some of the things we want to remember:

When the Dr. was checking her hips and legs he started laughing and said .... your just a big person!  Ha...didn't even call her a baby or toddler.  She was very outgoing with the doctor too.  Running around, talking...nothing like Colt would be (attached to my hip).  Funny little girl!

Things she loves:

-To go outside, everytime I'm carrying her and open the door, she starts laughing and kicking her legs.
-Blankets...any blanket will do...actually every blanket will do, she freaks out a little if she sees one in sight and we start to walk away from it....she wants one all the time...sleeping (of course), eating (oh yeah), playing, at school (they even give her one while riding the bye-bye buggy), while I'm carrying her.  Once I get her out of her crib in the morning she hands me all the blankets she has in her bed, then reaches for me and just laughs...best moments in her life...and to top it off, she always has that precious thumb (it's like her "cherry on top").
-Her brother, mommy and daddy...me the most of course:)  We just recently got back from Nashville and she was SO pumped when she saw me for the first time!  I think she will be a daddy's girl one day, but for now...it's mommy loving.
-Swinging...if she ever sees a swing set and we don't go...you know she's NOT happy!  But if we do she giggles and laughs when she finally gets in and goes.
-To eat!
-To run!

What's she's saying (she is really beginning to repeat just about everything but these are some of the things she says on her own):
-Milk (cutest thing ever!)
-Tolt (Colt)
-Mommy (she will say it over and over like her brother - lovely)
-Daddy
-NO! (probably her favorite)

-Ball
-Piper (diaper)
-Eat
-E-I-E-I-O (From Old-McDonald - All.The.Time!!) by far favorite song to sing!

Animal noises she knows:
-Dog
-Kitty cat
-Cow (she's does this one in a very deep voice)
-Lizard (sticks out her tongue)
-If we ask her "what does a ____ say" and she doesn't know it, she will most likely point to our eye and say "eye" - silly girl!
