This precious thing is 6 months! Boy how time flies and boy oh boy is Charlie so so sweet! He had his 6 month check up at the doctor today too. He didn't handle the shots very well, we ended up giving him Tylenol to help with his pain:( Here are his stats and some of the things he's doing now:
Weight - 16 pounds (40%)
Height - 25.5" (65%)
Clothes - size 3-6 (some) and moving up to 6-9 months
Diapers - size 3
Eating - Starting to eat more solids, I mostly just give him cereal or his teacher does. He started off like a champ, but now tends to purse his lips and not want anything. Keep on trying!
Sleeping - ugh...this one is a struggle. He sleeps on his tummy but when he wakes up in the middle of the night he rolls over and he CAN'T sleep on his back...not happening. I've tried over and over to let him cry. NOT HAPPENING. I keep telling myself one day he will sleep soundly all night. I can't wait for that day to come!
What's New?
Sitting up like a champ! Man, the world is so much better if you can see it! He loves it, but does get tired. He's talking just a little, but for the most part is pretty quiet (I secretly don't mind). He loves the jumperoo, sitting in his rocker (still), going for walks outside (not that we do that much), his brother and sister:), bath time and being held! He has started wanting to be held more often...I probably shouldn't hold him as much as I do...but he's my last one!! So who's going to stop me:)
